Mister Boom Boom is bringing his nationally recognized educational music programs on tour throughout 2027, featuring the high energy African Drum Circle experience during Black History Month season and the interactive Unearth the Beat program celebrating Asian and Pacific Islander musical traditions during the spring.

Designed for elementary schools, libraries, and community organizations, these hands on programs combine music, movement, cultural learning, and audience participation to create an experience children will never forget.

African Drum Circle Tour

Texas — Mid January 2027

Mister Boom Boom kicks off the national tour in Texas, bringing the interactive African Drum Circle experience to schools, libraries, and cultural organizations throughout the region. Featuring hands on drumming, movement, and storytelling, this high energy program is perfect for Black History Month celebrations and multicultural events.

Southeast Tour — Late January 2027

The rhythm continues through the Southeast with tour stops in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Schools and libraries will experience an engaging celebration of African music, rhythm, teamwork, and cultural connection through Mister Boom Boom’s signature interactive style.

Northern California — February 2027

The African Drum Circle Tour heads to Northern California for an exciting series of performances throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento region. One of Mister Boom Boom’s most popular touring markets, these unforgettable assemblies and library programs combine culture, creativity, and nonstop audience participation.

Southern California — Mid February 2027

The tour continues through Southern California with performances in Los Angeles and surrounding communities. Students and families will experience the energy of live drumming, rhythm games, movement activities, and educational storytelling designed specifically for young audiences.

Midwest Tour — Late February 2027

Mister Boom Boom brings the African Drum Circle experience to Midwest schools and libraries with tour stops planned throughout Illinois, Michigan, and surrounding regions. These engaging performances are ideal for Black History Month celebrations, multicultural events, and educational assemblies.

Florida & Southeast — March 2027

The spring portion of the African Drum Circle Tour wraps up with select performances in Florida and the Southeast, including interactive school assemblies, library events, and community performances that celebrate rhythm, learning, and global culture.

Unearth the Beat Tour

California — Late April 2027

The Unearth the Beat Tour begins in California with a special week of performances celebrating the music and instruments of Asian and Pacific Islander cultures. Through hands on participation, movement, rhythm activities, and interactive storytelling, children will experience a joyful introduction to global music traditions.

Pacific Northwest — Early May 2027

Mister Boom Boom brings Unearth the Beat to Seattle and Portland, where schools and libraries will explore rhythm, sound, and musical traditions from across Asia and the Pacific Islands through engaging, high energy performances.

Texas — Mid May 2027

The tour heads to Texas for a series of interactive school assemblies and library programs designed to introduce children to instruments, rhythms, and cultural traditions from across Asia and the Pacific region.

Midwest Tour — Late May 2027

The Unearth the Beat Tour continues through select Midwest markets, including Illinois and surrounding regions, bringing music, movement, and cultural learning experiences to schools and community organizations.

Southeast Tour — End of May 2027

The spring tour concludes in the Southeast with performances in Georgia, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. These exciting programs encourage creativity, cultural appreciation, teamwork, and hands on musical exploration for elementary age audiences.
